What is the Returns Policy?

Although we hope you love your purchase, we understand things don’t always work out — and we’re here to help make returns simple and stress-free. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 30 days of delivery.

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Please note, due to sanitary purposes we do not accept returns or refunds for used or opened products. However, if the product is faulty, does not work or does not appear as it should, then a refund or replacement will occur only if the product was purchased from our website. 

Please note we do not cover or refund shipping costs.

Aurum Hair Co. is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with tracking.

Blow Dry results will vary depending on your hair type. We provide full tutorials across our website and all social media channels.  Items that have been opened cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your results we can provide further styling tips but for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken and the item has been used, it cannot be returned. 

If you have any conditions that can be affected by applying ceramic barrels to your hair/head please consult your doctor before using our blow dry brush range.  

Aurum Hair Co.will not be responsible for any injury caused using our device.

Please note any products purchased via any marketplace such as eBay are excluded from warranties and returns. 

Returns Made Easy

How It Works:

  1. Log in to your account [Insert login link]
    View your order and click Request a Return.
  2. Follow the prompts
    Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose your preferred drop-off method.
  3. Scan and go
    You’ll receive a QR code via email. Show it at your chosen location — no printer required.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
  • A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact cost will be shown when you submit your request.
  • For returns, we recommend our partnered drop-off services for convenience.

Damaged goods upon arrival

We ask that all deliveries are inspected upon receipt for damage or defects, please report any damage to us within 7 days, but we advise you to check your goods as soon as possible to avoid delays.

If items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly, or refuse delivery entirely to enforce an immediate return.

If it is discovered that goods are damaged after opening, please do not attempt to use and contact us immediately. Our team will act swiftly to correct any problems with your order and any replacement(s) will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Incorrectly supplied goods

Upon receipt of your order, you should immediately check the description on the packaging and paperwork that matches what you have ordered. If you suspect the goods received to be incorrect or not matching your order or paperwork, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure. Just email us at customerservice@aurumhairco.com. We aim to process orders immediately to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible, so make sure to get in touch ASAP if you want to cancel.

How do I exchange my online purchase?

As a rule we do not offer exchanges but please email customerservice@aurumhairco.com to see what we can do. 

How long does it take to get my money back?

Please allow 7-10 days for your returned funds to be available in your bank account. Refunds will only be processed once your return is inspected.

Is there a Warranty?

Yes, every product is created to the highest standards, global certifications and rigorously checked before it is sent to you through our QC team. If, for any reason you feel your product is not performing as it should be please email customerservice@aurumhairco.com with evidence of the fault. A replacement or refund will be organised immediately. 

All electrical products come with a 2 Year Warranty.
