USA Pre-Order - Terms & Conditions

1. What you're ordering

By placing a pre-order for the AirHead, you are reserving a unit from Aurum Hair Co's first US production run. The AirHead will be shipped to you before Thanksgiving 2026 (26 November 2026), subject to the conditions set out below.

The AirHead is available to pre-order at two Founder pricing options:

  • Reserve with deposit: Pay $150 today to secure your AirHead at $299 (saving $40 on the standard retail price of $339). Your remaining balance of approximately $149 will be charged to your saved payment method before your order is dispatched.
  • Pay in full: Pay $279 today and nothing further will be charged (saving $60 on the standard retail price of $339).

The AirHead Roller 6-Pack add-on is available for $69 and can be added to your pre-order at checkout.

These Founder prices are available exclusively during the pre-order window and will not be offered once the product launches at standard retail pricing.

2. Payment and billing

Deposit orders: Your $150 deposit will be charged to your card at the time of placing your pre-order. Your card details will be securely saved by Shopify Payments for the purpose of charging your remaining balance before dispatch. You will receive an email notification no less than 7 days before your balance is due to be charged, giving you the opportunity to update your payment details if required. Aurum Hair Co does not store your full card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments.

Pay in full orders: Your full payment of $279 will be charged at the time of placing your order. No further charges will be made.

3. Shipping

The AirHead will be shipped to addresses within the United States only.

All pre-orders will be dispatched in time for delivery before Thanksgiving 2026 (26 November 2026), subject to the conditions set out in section 5 below.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched, including after your balance has been charged.

To cancel, please email us at customerservice@aurumhairco.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. If your AirHead arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Delivery timeline and delays

We are committed to delivering your AirHead before Thanksgiving 2026 (26 November 2026). In the unlikely event that circumstances outside our control, including manufacturing delays or shipping disruptions, mean we are unable to fulfil this delivery promise, we will notify you by email as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.

If the revised delivery date is not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit and any balance charged. No cancellation deadline will apply in this scenario. You will have the right to cancel at any point up until your order is dispatched.

We will never charge your remaining balance if we have reason to believe we cannot fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Product

The AirHead is as described on the product page at the time of your pre-order. Product imagery and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. In the unlikely event that any specification changes before production is complete, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel for a full refund if the change is material.

7. Pre-order allocation

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Aurum Hair Co reserves the right to limit the number of units available in the pre-order window. In the event that demand exceeds production capacity, customers will be notified and offered a full refund or a place on the next production run.

These terms apply to pre-orders placed through aurumhairco.com for delivery to addresses within the United States. By completing your pre-order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

We are bringing the AirHead to the US for the first time and manufacturing our first production run specifically for our US customers. Pre-ordering lets you lock in your AirHead at an exclusive Founder price before the product goes on general sale, and guarantees your place in the first shipment.
As a thank you for being part of our first US launch, we're offering two options below the standard retail price of $339: (Reserve with a $150 deposit today and pay $299 in total (saving $40) or Pay $279 in full today - saving $60) These prices will not be available once the pre-order window closes.
All pre-orders will be delivered before Thanksgiving 2026 (26 November 2026). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship to all states. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
If for any reason we cannot deliver before Thanksgiving 2026, we will contact you immediately with a revised timeline. You will have the right to cancel for a full refund if the new date does not work for you. We will not charge your remaining balance if we have any reason to believe we cannot meet your delivery window.
The pre-order is currently available to US customers only. If you are based outside the US and would like to be notified when international availability opens.
If you have received your AirHead and would like to return it, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.To start a return email us at customerservice@aurumhairco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return is approved and provide the returns address.
Inspect deliveries on receipt. Report any damage within 7 days. If items are visibly damaged, sign the carrier's note accordingly or refuse delivery. If damage is found after opening, do not use the item and contact us immediately. We will arrange a swift replacement.
Check the packaging and paperwork on receipt. If anything is incorrect, contact us within 7 working days.
You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched and receive a full refund, including if your balance has already been charged. Just email us at customerservice@aurumhairco.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not offer exchanges as a rule, but email customerservice@aurumhairco.com and we will see what we can do.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for funds to appear after we inspect your return.
Yes. All electrical products come with a 2 year warranty. If your product is not performing as it should, email customerservice@aurumhairco.com with evidence of the fault. We will organise a replacement or refund. To initiate a warranty claim, include: Name, Address, Email address, Order number or proof of purchase, Product type and colour, Description of the fault with photo or video evidence.

Hair must be 100 percent dry before securing the barrel. If hair is damp, especially at the root, the blow-dry will drop and kinks can appear.
Work in neat, manageable sections no wider than the barrel. Turn the dryer off, brush root to tip, then roll. Give one final blast of hot air, detach the roller and allow to cool. Remove slowly without tugging.
Yes, but consult your extension stylist first to confirm suitability.
Ensure hair is fully dry before rolling and let it cool completely before removal. If your hair drops quickly, use a holding serum, volumising mousse or setting spray suited to your hair type.
Yes. We offer three roller sizes for different lengths and curl tightness.
Use heat protectant and a smoothing cream. Brush each section root to tip before rolling to cool.
Heat setting, hair type and products all matter. Very high heat can flatten the cuticle so much that texture does not hold. Try a lower setting first. If volume drops quickly, increase heat. Use appropriate pre and post styling products.
Always apply heat protectant. Fresh colour can shift with heat. Patch test a small section first and start with the lowest heat.
Suitable for most hair thicknesses, though it may not work on very curly hair. Hair should be at least ear length. Use the correct roller size.
